Case study
Dynamic SW Cleaning
Commercial first, on purpose.
Commercial and specialist cleaners in Exeter, run by its two founders. A new name, a one-page website, and most of the work arriving through Checkatrade and referrals. Launched in August, rebuilt for commercial buyers in October, and still changing every month.

A teal block and an orange tab. Every featured photo on their site sits in this frame. It first appeared in September, and every version since has kept it.

The brief
A new name. A website to carry it.
Dynamic SW Cleaning look after surgeries, studios, workshops and community buildings across Devon and Somerset. David and Marianna Lindon founded it in 2024 and still run it. They came to us soon after renaming the business, with a logo and a one-page Wix site.
The brief: a website a practice manager or a facilities lead would trust with a contract, before they have spoken to anyone.

An ever-growing site
Launched in August. Rebuilt by October.
A website is not finished at launch. This one has changed every time the business has, and it is still changing.
Before
One page on Wix
- Built by a previous developer
- No service pages, nothing to rank
- Work came through Checkatrade and referrals
8 August 2026
The launch
dynamicswcleaning.co.uk
- A colour and type system built round their logo
- Every word written for them
- A quote form that emails them the moment it is sent
September 2026
A lighter homepage
dynamicswcleaning.co.uk
- Asked for as the commercial work grew
- Photographs of real client spaces
- The teal frame first appears
October 2026
The redesign
dynamicswcleaning.co.uk
- Five sector pages and a Standards page
- A guided quote and a capability statement
- Three client case studies and a page for Taunton
Before and after
Same business. A different first impression.
Drag the handle: the homepage at launch, and the homepage today.

The system
Their logo, turned into a system.
They came with a name and a logo and nothing written down. The colours, the type and the frame all come out of that logo.
- TealThe frame, and teal on the dark band
- Deep tealThe second half of every heading, labels, icons
- OrangeThe frame's tab and the stars
- Deep orangeThe main button, dark enough to read
- NightOne dark band per page, and the footer
- WhiteThe ground of every page
Colour
Teal and orange from the logo, on white. Deliberately not the blue on white most cleaning companies settle for.
Commercial cleaning, guaranteed to impress.
Type
Archivo for headings, light and tight, with the second half in teal. Inter for reading.
Tab: places
Curve: people
The frame
Two shapes, each with a job: the tab for places and work, the curve for people.
Why Dynamic SW
Owner-run since 2024
Our standard
Labels, not pills
A short rule and plain words for every label. Calm and corporate, the way a procurement buyer expects.
The homepage
The whole homepage, top to bottom.

The guided quote
Four short steps. Then a reply within a working day.
The quote asks what needs cleaning, where and how big, how often and when, then who to reply to. Every enquiry goes straight to David or Marianna.

Recorded on dynamicswcleaning.co.uk. Nothing was sent.
Built for the buyer
The pages a contract gets decided on.
Commercial buyers look for their own sector, for proof of standards, and for someone who has done it before nearby.

Healthcare and dental
One of five sector pages, each written for how that sector judges clean.

Standards
Certificates, insurance and vetting in one place, for whoever signs off the contract.

Taunton
A page for Taunton, up the M5 in Somerset, written for the businesses there.

Client case studies
Three of their own, each about a client they clean for.
24 pages
Every page has a job.
Four services, five sectors, three case studies, a Standards page and a page for Taunton. The site before was one page.
In their words
“Our new website has been created to better reflect everything we offer at Dynamic SW Cleaning Limited and to make it easier for customers to explore our services and get in touch with us. A huge shout out to Charlie Norona for designing a website that truly represents our business and brings our brand to life.”
“Charlie has been very helpful so far with creating our new website. He has been making ongoing improvements based on our feedback, which is much appreciated.”
Built light
A site full of photographs still has to be quick on a phone. Measured with Lighthouse on 22 October 2026, the homepage scores 97 for performance on mobile and 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO, with the main content on screen in 2.6 seconds on a simulated slow connection. On desktop it scores 100 on all four.

Where it stands
The redesign went live in October, so there is no enquiry or ranking data worth quoting yet, and we are not going to invent one. The site is looked after on a monthly plan, and when there is a real number it will appear here.
If you run a trade or service business and want the same, the thinking behind this build is set out on our page for trades.
