These Terms of Service govern your use of chargedstudio.co.uk and any services provided by Charged Studio. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Charged Studio provides website design, branding, and creative design services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payment
Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each billing period. Project-based fees are invoiced as agreed. Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding balances are cleared.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership terms may vary depending on the project agreement — any alternative arrangements will be clearly stated in writing before work begins.
Cancellations
Cancellations Monthly retainer plans can be cancelled at any time unless a minimum term has been agreed in writing at the start of the engagement. Where a minimum term applies, this will be clearly stated in your project agreement. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. For project-based work, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
Charged Studio will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
